TMO – Tenants Management Organization 

The Webber & Quentin Estate is managed by a TMO. This is a group of volunteers who have joined forces to manage the Board and Subcommittees looking at HR, events and engagement, gardens and grounds and finance. The TMO is responsible for the staffing and management of the TMO Office and answerable to the TMO Members who vote at annual general meetings to endorse the TMO’s annual plan and budget. Learn more

The Subcommittees

We have 4 Subcommittees made up of both Board members and volunteering residents, who address specific areas of the business and community needs; Finance, Event & Engagement, Grounds Maintenance, Repairs. 

Garden & Grounds Committee

Our G&G Committee is responsible for managing all the green and open spaces across the estate, including Estate Inspections. If you have any queries or suggestions, please contact us at the email below.

Events & Engagement Committee

Our E&E Committee is responsible for organising all our community events and updating you with estate wide news, including social get-togethers and surveys. If you have any queries or suggestions, please use the email below.

Finance Committee

Our Finance Committee take care of managing our yearly allowance from Southwark Council. The committee ensures the budget is allocated across our expenses, and looks to build our financial surplus so we can improve the estate.

HR Committee

The HR Committee is responsible for the remuneration and performance of the TMO staff. This includes responsibility for recruitment, review of HR policy and overseeing complaints. 

Gardening Club

Join Us Every Two Weeks

Our Community Gardener oversees and manages the maintenance of all green spaces across our estate, working to a plan and schedule as set out by the TMO, and supported by BOST (Bankside Open Spaces Trust) and Southwark Council. 

Our Community Gardener also hosts regular Gardening Clubs where volunteer residents can learn and get experience by helping with gardening activities.  

Fruit & Veg Plot

Grow Your Own Fruit & Veg

We a very lucky to have 15 fruit and veg plots on our estate. Residents are given a plot for a single term of 3 years, pending good upkeep and usage. If you are interested in applying for a plot, please use the email below to send us your enquiry.
