EMERGENCIES

If you have a gas/carbon monoxide leak, call the National Grid 0800 111 999.

If you have lost your gas supply, you should contact your individual supplier to determine if the issue with your meter or account.

Gas Emergency

If you are experiencing a power cut in your area, call UK Power Networks 0800 316 3105.

If you have lost your electricity supply, you should contact your individual supplier to determine if the issue with your meter or account.

Electricity

No heating or hot water? Call the council on 020 7525 2600 or 0800 952 4444.

If you have no drinking water in your area, call Thames Water 0800 714 614.

Call 101 to report a non-emergency incident

You can also call Southwark’s Noise & Nuisance Team on 020 7525 5777 for all anti-social behaviour.

In case there is no one to answer your call during day times (or during Fridays), and you have an emergency repair (e.g. toilet/ bath/ sink back surging, flooding, leak/ water penetrations, burst pipes or no power in the house), you can call our repair contractor Eastside directly on 020 3633 1541.

If the repair is not an emergency, please call the TMO Office on Monday.

Our Grounds & Maintenance service provider is Pinnacle. If you have any questions about their services or would like to provide feedback directly, and in the strictest of confidence, please click the link below to be taken to their 24 hour customer service team.

ESTATE CLEANING

If you would like to rent one of our community bike lockers, please click the button below which will open a form that you will need to complete. This form will be sent directly to our staff, and they will be in contact with you asap.

It is £78 per year to rent a locker. Payments are made in advance until 1st April and renew on this date annually.

Our TMO Board is made up of between 7 and 12 resident volunteers. We meet 4 times per year to discuss business matters and ensure the smooth management and running of our estate.

We have 4 Subcommittees made up of both Board members and volunteering residents, who address specific areas of the business and community needs; HR, Finance, Events & Engagement , Repairs & Grounds Maintenance.

THE SUBCOMMITTEES

Our Community Gardener oversees and manages the maintenance of all green spaces across our estate, working to a plan and schedule as set out by the TMO, and supported by BOST and Southwark Council.

Our Community Gardener also hosts regular Gardening Clubs where volunteer residents can learn and get experience by helping with gardening activities. Learn how you too can join in by clicking the button below.

GARDENING CLUB

Every resident on the Webber & Quentin Estate, whether you are a Council Tenant, Leaseholder, or Private Tenant, are eligible for TMO Membership. When you become a TMO Member, you instantly have voting rights which will help to guide the direction of the TMO and its business activities.
